Refunds
Refunds for donations are strictly governed by Tanzanian regulations & are only issued under the following circumstances:

  1. If a project cannot be completed or its overall objective cannot be satisfied.

  2. If a donation was made by mistake, such as incorrect payment details or an error in the amount.

  3. If a donation was made using funds obtained illegally or subject to regulatory restrictions.

  4. If the origin of the funds or the donor’s characteristics pose a risk of reputational damage to the organisation.


Refund Process

  1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our email.

  2. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.

  3. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
